The Role: What You’ll Do

As our International Sales Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our global retail presence. Your mission will be to identify and secure partnerships worldwide, manage B2B pipelines, and navigate international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion: Identify, pitch, and connect with potential retail shops, beauty distributors, and strategic partners globally.
• B2B Sales Support: Manage our B2B sales pipeline end-to-end, handling inbound inquiries, proactive follow-ups, and daily partner communication.
• Logistics & Admin: Coordinate international orders, invoicing, and shipments seamlessly with our internal logistics and finance teams.
• Market Entry & Compliance: Support product registration, custom requirements, and compliance regulations to ensure smooth country-by-country launches.
• Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with international partners, providing ongoing sales and account support.
• Growth Tracking: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and suggest creative strategies to accelerate our brand's global growth.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual who has a genuine passion for international business development, global trade, and the beauty/skincare industry.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English and Arabic is strictly required (both written and spoken) to manage regional and global accounts.

• Experience: Proven background in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.

  • B2B sales experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a massive plus!
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the cultural intelligence to build rapport worldwide.
• Operations: Comfortable managing basic invoicing, order tracking, and cross-departmental coordination.
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%
